* We are delighted to accommodate families and children
* As well as our family suites a child under 16 can share one of our larger double or twin rooms with two adults for an additional £25 per night.
* We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in some of our rooms in low and mid season, however not in high season. A charge of £5 per night applies. Please call or email to check availability.
* To confirm a booking we require a non refundable deposit equal to the cost of the first night of the stay. One night bookings are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
* We only accept one night bookings and single occupancy where gaps permit. Full terms and conditions are available here.
* Rooms are available between 3pm and 8pm on the day of arrival. On departure rooms must be vacated by 10.30am to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.
• All rates include a full English breakfast and an extensive Continental buffet.
• All bedrooms are en-suite and have colour TV, complimentary tea and coffee, hair dryer, bathrobes, bottled water and toiletries hand made in Cornwall.
• Wi-Fi access is available free for guests.
• We have a fully licensed bar.
• Easy level parking, either on the quiet road immediately outside or on our forecourt.
• If you should be arriving early or departing late, by train or coach, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
• We welcome children and supply high chairs and cots.
• The Rosemary is non smoking throughout the rooms and grounds.
